These are standardized formats. Medi-EHR updates all formats on a quarterly schedule unless otherwise indicated by Oracle. If a specific update or patch from Oracle is released pertaining to one of these formats, then an on-demand update is made.

- CSV
A comma-separated values (CSV) file is a delimited text file that uses a comma to separate values. Each line of the file is a data record. Each record consists of one or more fields, separated by commas. The use of the comma as a field separator is the source of the name for this file format.
- HTML
The HyperText Markup Language, or HTML is the standard markup language for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser. - Oracle DMP
