Update – 03/31/2020
With COVID-19 being declared a pandemic, Medi-EHR remains vigilant of global public health concerns, especially the impact on our providers and staff. We are attempting to anticipate provider needs and streamlining appropriate solutions. Since we are located in New Jersey and our provider base is primarily in the tristate, we find ourselves supporting providers on the front lines and it is our duty and obligation to do whatever we can to support them, their staff and above all else, our patients.

With this in mind, Medi-EHR leadership is taking steps to engage the current user base to assess any immediate EMR functionality that may assist in investigation, testing, and reporting. Leadership is closely monitoring latest recommendations from the CDC and WHO, links for both are provided below.

We also recommend that providers contact us at support@medi-ehr.com to set-up emergency procedures for their respective practice, in the event of any internet outage. Both our leadership and support teams are available to assist with this.

For Providers
The greatest tool in Medi’s toolkit to assist providers and staff who do not need to actively engage COVID-19 patients is Telemedicine. We have therefore decreased our Telemedicine cost to $89/provider for any clinician, along with custom low-cost solutions for our behavioral health providers.

If you are a provider or a practice/facility representative not currently part of the Medi-EHR family, please contact us at info@medi-ehr.com. We can offer telemedicine as a fully functional integrated system with the EHR or as its own standalone product.

For a demo or additional details or custom pricing (for multi-provider practices, large facilities or Surgery Centers) please contact us at info@medi-ehr.com.

For Users
If you are in need of specific forms or reports to more easily comply with reporting requests or require any assistance at all, you can reach out for assistance on our help-desk or by emailing at support@medi-ehr.com.

Quick Assessment
A COVID-19 Quick Assessment has been added under patient vitals and once filled out will display on the patient’s Current Patient Box. The content of the various sections can be customized for each office. Please send an email to support@medi-ehr.com to request any changes.

For Lab Partners

For Patients
We encourage patients to engage with their providers and staff and use the Medi-EHR patient portal to access their medical data. The Medi-EHR team is also available should you require any additional assistance through support@medi-ehr.com. We urge patients to follow any and all safety protocols recommended by the CDC or WHO, along with any federal, state or county guidelines.
